Product Marketing Manager

BiblioCommons is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead our outbound marketing initiatives. In this role, you would develop a deep understanding of our customer, the competitive landscape and our product offerings in order to create a well-defined strategy for driving adoption.

The Product Marketing Manager will define, plan and execute BiblioCommons’ product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for our full suite of products in a way that strengthens our brand and boosts public library adoption.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Work cross-functionally to develop a deep understanding of the BiblioCommons customer, its market and where our products and services fit within our competitive landscape
  • Determine how to best communicate our products' attributes to public libraries based on customer needs, the current digital landscape, competitive pressures, available communication channels and carefully crafted messages
  • Partner with the product teams and Events Marketing Specialist to ensure BiblioCommons’ products are boldly expressed in the market
  • Empower and educate our sales team with engaging collateral (including demos, presentations, guides, one pagers, etc.)
  • Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers

What you bring:

  • Previous Product Marketing Management experience
  • Experience successfully launching at least one major product in a B2B, or SaaS environment
  • Experience in market analysis and data-driven
  • Familiar with product marketing tactics
  • Excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail
  • Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
  • A passion for working closely with customers
  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications or similar field
