Marketing and Sales Coordinator

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing/ Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This position requires strong initiative, superb organizational skills, an impeccable attention to detail, and the capacity to manage internal and external relationships. We’re looking for a positive and customer focused attitude, and the ability to maintain grace under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Drive productivity within our sales team by ensuring they have sufficient administrative support and materials as needed
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material, manage schedules, file important documents, and communicate relevant information
  • Coordinate trade show booths, booth-related reservations and marketing materials that reflect the BiblioCommons brand and support collaborative client relationships
  • Coordinate meetings and event reservations and logistics
  • Maintain and promote client satisfaction by responding to customer and potential customer queries in a timely fashion, paying close attention to the accuracy of the response, and providing after sales support as required
  • Act as an expert and advocate of BiblioCommons as a company, our products and competing products; proactively look for ways to make our user experience better
  • Coordinate, organize, and submit proposals in response to RFPs
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing colleagues to ensure that activities are integrated
  • Ad hoc duties as required

What you bring:

  • Passion for books and libraries!
  • Proven experience as a Sales or Marketing Coordinator
  • Familiarity and experience with the logistics of trade shows and booth set up
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to operate under pressure
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to thrive with little supervision
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills

Bonus points for:

  • Hands on experience working with Salesforce
  • Knowledge of RFPs and proposal development
