Are you interested in making an impact that spans beyond connecting consumers and retailers? Does directly impacting the lives of millions of people by fostering learning, literacy, and culture in the digital world sound right up your alley? Bottom line, are you ready to flex your marketing clout to get people loving their library again?
Here at BiblioCommons, we bring public libraries together on the web, leveraging the unique asset of their collections to provide a non-commercial space for sharing opinions and insights about books, movies, and music. Our online solutions are used by more than 6 million library patrons and staff every month in Canada, the US, Australia, and New Zealand.
We’re looking for a Director of Marketing to share our message and help libraries understand the importance of investing in their digital presence. This person will be selling a vision as much as a product, so the ability to create content that educates and engages with our audience is imperative. In a nutshell, our ideal candidate can cut through the clutter and develop relatable messaging, making sure everyone is on the same page about the importance (and benefits) of bringing public libraries online.
We invest heavily in research.
We need you to package it, share it, and engage with the community.
How you’ll make an impact:
BiblioCommons is an equal opportunity employer. Accommodations are available upon request to support your participation during all stages of the recruitment process.
